Pre-Arranged Transportation
More than two hours in advance of the scheduled time | Full refund |
Less than two hours, but 30 or more minutes in advance of the scheduled time | Partial refund (50%), or Full digital ride credit to be applied towards a future ride |
Less than 30 minutes in advance of the scheduled time | No refund can be issued |
Will-Call Requests
- Will-call requests that are not used will roll-over to the next service day.
- Canceled will-call requests will receive a full refund.
