I am a long-term loyal customer since 2021. BriteLift drivers are always on time and are polite, professional and courteous. The drivers  make sure that I am safely secured in the van. They also safely take me up and down my wheelchair ramp and get me inside where I am going. You can accumulate rewards points from your rides for a variety of gift cards or to help pay for a ride which is great. Since last October,2023, I have not been able to transfer into my car ,which necessitated utilizing BrightLift for doctor and physical therapy appointments. I contacted dozens of providers to no avail because of lackluster reputations and high cost! When you live in the suburbs your choices are limited.
But I found BriteLift and their service is EXCELLENT! From the moment you contact them you can count on their timeliness and great customer service. I have never been late for an appointmen t.
A special shout out to Jim Hickey, who makes it all come together, if you have any questions. Jim is the ombudsmen that every company should have!

When I first booked the service last week I wasn't satisfied but Jim Hickey explained what happened and offered to fix the situation.
